Inspection Process

    • Measures small tolerances up to +/- 40µm. Ideal for measuring internal dimensions with extreme precision.
  • Digital Vernier Caliper:
    • Range: 0-300mm. Used for measuring the external dimensions of components with high accuracy.
  • Micrometers:
    • Various micrometers are used for measuring thickness, diameter, and other dimensions. We have a range of micrometers, including 0-25mm, 25-50mm, and 50-150mm, to accommodate different component sizes.
  • Bore Dial Gauges:
    • Range from 10mm to 150mm. Used for accurately measuring the internal diameters of components to ensure perfect fits.
  • Surface Table (630x630x80mm & 1600x1000x200mm):
    • Ensures flatness and surface precision for high-accuracy measurements, critical for ensuring the parts have consistent flat surfaces.
  • Electronica 2D Height Master Model Ultima-M:
    • Measurement range: 0-700mm. This tool provides highly precise vertical measurements to guarantee that parts meet the required height and depth specifications.
